| This German teddy bear company can trace its roots back to the beginning of the century
and is still under the leadership of the descendants
of Max Hermann, son of a toy maker, Johann, from near Sonneburg.
In the early thirties Max Hermann developed his well-known
trademark "the green triangle" and "the Bear with the running dog"
which is still used as a sign of quality teddy bears.
After the Second World War, Max Hermann fled in 1953 from Sonneberg to Coburg
where he rebuilt his company continuing the old tradition of Teddy Bears manufacture.
